Data deletion
You can request deletion of personal information or data received through a connected Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn or Threads account.
Disconnect a social account
An authorized SFT user can use the Disconnect control in the Social Accounts section. Disconnecting disables the stored publishing credential so TomRuch.com can no longer publish through that connection.
Request complete deletion
To request deletion of the stored account record, provider identifiers, connected-account metadata or other personal information associated with TomRuch.com, email tomruch51@gmail.com with the subject “TomRuch.com data deletion request.” Identify the email address or social account involved so the request can be matched to the correct record.
Requests will be verified before deletion to prevent unauthorized removal of another person's information. Data that must be retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention or recordkeeping purposes may be retained only as required.
Facebook and Instagram
You may also remove the TomRuch.com app from your Facebook account settings. Removing the app stops future access through that authorization. Use the complete-deletion request above if you also want stored TomRuch.com connection records removed.
